It worked for a while and simply stopped working after using it for less than 2 months. Poor build quality. Also to note, I have the newest MBP and the cable didn't transfer any audio signals even when it was working fine.

I have tried another Mini DisplayPort to HDMI dangle in the past which was more streamlined in design, but it broke down after 2 months of gentle use. This adapter seems to be of superior build AND image quality. Definitely a must have for all the macbook owners who enjoys to watch movies on their HDTV.
