 Broke after a week September 8, 2010
laptop EMS
Charger broke a week after we got it. Poorly constructed. Adapter to plug into laptop was slightly too big and got stuck in the laptop while the rest of the charger came out.

A friend of mine was searching for a replacement battery. They didn't know about Amazon. I told him that I purchased my replacement battery from here and the price I paid for it was much cheaper than buying it from Dell. He gave me the information I needed to search for his battery, told him the price and he couldn't believe it. Well, I purchased it for him, it was delivered in a good time, about a week,in good condition, gave it to him and he is very satisfied with the product.

The old power cord for the laptop was shredded. This new power cord works great! The only issue was heat - it tends to heat up after being plugged in for a couple hours. Other than that, it works perfectly.

I purchased this as a replacement for my Dell Inspiron 2200 supply cord that originally came with the computer. The shipping was quick, but the cord fails to plug into my laptop.

This power cord works great but it's NOT a charger.... It was cheap, only $8 shipped, and I thought it was a charger as it says in the description but it only provides power. If I knew this I wouldn't have bought it.
If you need a battery charger, don't buy this power cord.
If your laptops battery is completely dead and it only works when it's plugged in, get this power cord, it's a good deal for you.
