Product Description Da-Lite's wide selection of tripod and wall screens gives the presenter a professional solution for any projection application or situation. All screens incorporate Da-Lite's exclusive Camlok roller system that prevents the screen from being accidentally pulled from the roller. All screens come with black masking borders as standard.Model B is perfect for classroom and meeting room facilities. Its easy pull-down system locks at intervals to fit a variety of projection formats. Nylon bearings provide smooth quiet operation for the life of the screen. Customer Reviews:
Very good quality for the price January 11, 2008 J. Haas 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
This screen is an excellent value for the money. To really appreciate the quality of the screen you'll need to have a blue-ray, HD, or upscaling DVD player or a video signal from some HD source, preferably 720p or higher. Even after I went from the wall to this screen, my old DVD player (which was about 8 years old) played on the screen with waves/ridges in the picture. I thought the screen might be too bumpy. I then bought a cheap upscaling DVD player (Helios H4000) and connecting to my projector over composite at 720p and 1080i. Simply fantastic picture. Crisp, clear, no ridges or bumps. So I give this screen a thumbs up, but just note if the signal you're passing to the projector is not high def or an upscaling high def signal, you still might not be getting the picture you hoped for. It's not the fault of the screen though.
